But each day the LORD pours his unfailing love upon me,

and through each night I sing his songs,

praying to God who gives me life. Psalm 42:8 NLT

O God, we thank You

for Your Spirit never sleeps:

singing Your songs

in our hearts

through the night,

praying prayers

we don’t know how

to pray.

Still, it must be

these songs

these prayers

that deliver us to You

at the break of each new day

our lives like cups

longing to be made

overflowing

with Your unfailing love.

Pour out Your love anew, Lord

with the abundance of Life:

the abundance Jesus promised,

the abundance Jesus is.

Fill us, Your beloved cups

with songs prayers,

Good News,

Life, and Love.

Hear our prayers

spoken and unspoken.

You have made us

for Yourself and one another:

beloved cups overflowing

with the new wine

of Your covenant Love.

Please pour us out

on this thirsty world.
